The Ethical Toy Program

The ICTI Ethical Toy Program (IETP) is a specialist-responsible sourcing program helping to support businesses to measure and achieve their Environment, Social, Governance (ESG) objectives, mitigate labor risks and realise a safe and ethical workplace for workers globally.

Originally designed for the needs of the global toy industry, it is now deployed in many sectors with all programs applicable to any industry. With 19 years’ experience, IETP is known for its robust Supplier Certification, remote Social Impact Assessment & Environmental Assessment, wide range of capability-building programs, and scalable worker well-being initiatives.

IETP is an impact partner for Moose Toys. Our awesome team in China and Hong Kong, volunteer at some of IETP’s Family Friendly Spaces, one of their worker well-being initiatives, providing great support and toy donations, to these summer camps, which reunite the children of factory workers with their parents and families. Each factory transforms spaces into an incredible place for kids to enjoy a variety of games and activities.
